Stephanie Reifman, a sophomore at Northern Highlands High School and a resident of Upper Saddle River was recognized on May 18 by the New Jersey State Board of Education and Commissioner of Education for her significant contributions to the school and community. Stephanie created a program called H.A.P.P.Y. that stands for Heroin Addiction Prevents People’s Years.
